摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦超声联合重组人干扰素α-2β凝胶、复方沙棘籽油栓治疗慢性宫颈炎并高危型HPV感染的疗效与安全性。方法2017年8月-2018年8月,确诊120例慢性宫颈炎并高危型HPV感染患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组60例接受常规聚焦超声治疗,观察组60例采用聚焦超声联合重组人干扰素α-2β凝胶、复方沙棘籽油栓治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、HPV转阴以及炎性因子、免疫功能改善情况。结果治疗后,两组在总有效率、HPV转阴率、复发率比较中具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后观察组炎性因子水平、免疫功能指标水平改善效果明显优于对照组(P <0.05),具有统计学意义。结论采用聚焦超声联合重组人干扰素α-2β凝胶、复方沙棘籽油栓治疗慢性宫颈炎并高危型HPV感染患者疗效可靠,降低血清炎性因子水平并改善患者免疫功能状态。Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety of treating chronic cervicitis with high-risk HPV infection by Focused ultrasound combined with α-2β, compound seabuckthorn seed oil plu. Methods From August2017 to August 2018, 120 patients with chronic cervicitis and high-risk HPV infection were diagnosed and randomly divided into observation group and control group. 60 patients in the control group received conventional focused ultrasound therapy, and 60 patients in the observation group were treated with focused ultrasound. Recombinant human interferon α-2β gel and compound seabuckthorn seed oil suppository were used to treat the treatment effect, HPV negative, inflammatory factors and immune function improvement. Results After treatment, the two groups were statistically significant in the comparison of total effective rate, HPV negative rate and recurrence rate(P < 0.05). After treatment, the improvement of inflammatory factor level and immune function index in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05),which was statistically significant. Conclusion Focused ultrasound combined with recombinant human interferon α-2β gel and compound seabuckthorn seed oil suppository in the treatment of chronic cervicitis and high-risk HPV infection patients with reliable efficacy, reduce serum inflammatory factor levels and improve the immune function of patients.
