摘　　要：基于Unigraphics软件的二次开发参数化建模功能,提出了一种RV减速器快速系列化开发方法.通过将Unigraphics/Open编程模块与Visual C++软件相结合,开发了RV减速器专用系列化菜单模块,丰富并完善定制化标准件库,实现角接触轴承、圆锥轴承、滚针轴承和深沟球轴承等标准化零件的快速建模与调用.对RV减速器整机装配流程方案进行了优化,并进行了组装验证,确认基于Unigraphics软件的RV减速器快速系列化开发方法合理有效.Based on the secondary development parametric modeling function of Unigraphics software,a rapid series development method of the RV reducer was proposed.By combining the Unigraphics/Open programming module with Visual C++software,the series menu module for exclusive use of the RV reducer was developed,and the customized standard parts library was enriched and improved to realize quick modeling and calling of standardized parts such as angular contact bearings,tapered bearings,needle bearings and deep groove ball bearings.The assembly flowchart scheme for the RV reducer was optimized and verified via assembly.It is confirmed that the rapid series development method of the RV reducer based on Unigraphics software is reasonable and effective.
