摘　　要：鲟鱼是具有较高经济价值的中大型特色鱼类,是冷水鱼主要养殖品种之一,我国鲟鱼养殖产量位居世界首位。为促进鲟鱼产业健康发展,从苗种与成鱼养殖现状、养殖模式、国内外贸易等方面分析我国鲟鱼产业的发展现状,发现产业存在鲟种业建设乏力、成鱼养殖成本高、投入大、鲟鱼产品加工利用率低、国内市场销售不畅等主要问题,结合鲟鱼产品具有多元价值空间、鲟鱼子酱市场需求空间大和有利于开展野生鲟鱼资源保护等发展机遇,提出做好资源保护、加大科技攻关、开发可利用的冷水资源和深化产品加工等对策建议。Sturgeon is a large and medium-sized characteristic fish with high economic value.It is one of the main breeds of cold-water fish.The production of sturgeon culture in China ranks first in the world.In order to promote the healthy development of sturgeon industry,the present situation of sturgeon industry in China was analyzed from the aspects of the present situation of the breeding of fries and adult fish,the breeding mode and the trade at home and abroad.It was found that there were some main problems in the industry,such as the weak construction of sturgeon fries industry,the high cost of adult fish breeding,the large investment,the low processing utilization rate of sturgeon products,the poor domestic market sales and so on.In view of the development opportunities of sturgeon products,such as multiple value space,large market demand for sturgeon caviar,and beneficial to the protection of wild sturgeon resources,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as protecting resources,strengthening scientific and technological research,developing available cold water resources and deepening product processing.
