摘　　要：针对锅炉采用传统的连续水力冲灰方式,水封槽或水封管容易出现灰渣浮积堵塞等现象,本文介绍了一种全新冲灰技术,即脉冲式冲灰水封槽,利用水封槽(或管)空槽时批量接灰,然后脉冲式水流冲排,有效解决了锅炉出灰浮积堵塞、漏风、劳动强度大等问题。在实现了锅炉炉底自动出灰,保证了锅炉安全运行及清洁生产的同时,新技术明显减少了锅炉冲灰的耗水量。Aimed at the appearance of water sealing trough or sealing tube easily clogged-up by drifting ash scum when boiler using the traditional continuously ash flushing,this paper introduced a new technology for ash flushing,named the pulse type ash flushing water sealing trough.It accepted the ash batch after batch while empty,then the ash would be flushed away by pulse water stream,this way effectively solved the problems of boiler ash drifting accumulation and clogging-up as well as the air leakage and heavy labor work involvement and so on.It realized an automatic ash-discharge and provided the boiler safety operation and clean production,meanwhile the new technology required very limited amount of water consumption.
