摘 要:民办学校教师社会保障问题是民办教育发展的核心问题之一,它的解决程度和结果,极大地影响民办学校教师的工作状态。同时,这一问题又是很棘手的社会难题,因为它隶属社会保障范畴,改革的过程仍然面临诸多挑战。在当前社会保障制度“并轨”改革的趋势下,应该积极探索新的途径,使民办学校教师享受与公办学校教师同等甚至更高的社会保障待遇。因此,真正提升民办学校教师社会保障水平必须要站在新的逻辑基点上,从我国民办教育制度改革的方向和我国社会保障制度改革趋势出发,遵循二者的规律,充分利用相关条件与机制,来寻找真正的逻辑选择。The social security problem of private school teachers is one of the key issues in private education development,and its solutions and results can greatly influence the working state of private school teachers.Meanwhile,this problem is also social,because it belongs to social security area,and still faces many challenges in the reform process.In the current“merger”reform trend of the social security system,we shall actively explore new ways to enable private school teachers to enjoy the same or even higher social security benefits than public school teachers.Therefore,real improvement of the social security level of private school teachers must stand on the new logic base,on which we must start from the Chinese private education reform direction and social security system reform trend,follow their rules,make full use of the relevant conditions and mechanism,and find the real logical choice.
