摘  要:以水果萝卜紫芽青为材料,研究了不同浓度的氨基多糖处理对萝卜叶片色素含量、光合生理指标以及叶绿素荧光动力学参数的影响。结果显示,随着氨基多糖处理浓度的提高,水果萝卜叶片中叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的含量、叶片净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、PSⅡ实际光化学量子效率(ΦPSII)、光化学荧光猝灭系数(qp)和PSⅡ原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)均呈先增加后降低的趋势,胞间CO2浓度趋势相反,并均在100mL/L氨基多糖处理下达到峰值。研究表明,适宜浓度的氨基多糖有效提高了水果萝卜叶片中的色素含量,增强了光合作用的物质基础,提高了叶片对光能的高效吸收利用和传递,促进了植株光合作用的高效运行。高浓度的氨基多糖则抑制了植物气孔导度和蒸腾速率的提高,降低了光化学量子效率和原初光能转化效率,阻碍了叶片光合活性的上升,导致净光合速率的明显下降。The effects of amino polysaccharide of different Concentrations on pigment content and photosynthetic physiological indicators and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were studied in fruit radish variety "Ziyaqing". The results were as follows:The chlorophyll and carotenoid content,the net photosynthetic rate(P_n),the stomatal conductance(G_s) firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of concentrations of amino polysaccharide,as the same as the actual photochemical quantum efficiency of PSⅡ( ΦPSⅡ,photochemical quenching(q_p) and the primary light energy conversion efficiency of PSⅡ(F_v/F_m). The trend of intercellular carbon dioxide was opposite. All of these indices reached the extremum when amino polysaccharide concentration was 100 mL/L. The results indicated that the suitable concentration of amino polysaccharide could effectively improve the content of pigments in fruit radish leaves,enhance the material base of photosynthesis,improve the absorption,utilization and transmission of light energy by leaves,promote the efficient operation of plant photosynthesis. High concentration of amino polysaccharide inhibited the increase of stomatal conductance and transpiration rate,reduced photochemistry quantum efficiency and primary light energy conversion efficiency,hindered the increasing of photosynthetic activity,led to a significant decline in net photosynthetic rate.
