摘 要:为解决居民出行往返于居住地与换乘站间"最后一公里"的难题,研究了灵活型接驳公交路径规划问题。为保证接驳公交服务质量,构造乘客满意度函数将其量化。考虑混合车型联合调度对接驳车辆路径优化的影响,在给定预约需求和车队规模的前提下,以企业运营成本最小和平均乘客满意度最大为优化目标,建立基于混合车型的灵活型接驳公交路径协同优化模型,同时运用遗传算法求解模型。结果表明,采用多车型调度的算例最优适应度值优于使用单一车型的算例,说明该模型在路径优化方面具有可行性。Residents often have difficulty in shuttling between home and the interchange stations. To address this "last mile problem," this study examines flexible shuttle transit route planning. Further, the passenger satisfaction was quantified by establishing a function to ensure the service quality of the shuttle transit. Given the influence of combined dispatching in case of various vehicle types on the routing optimization of shuttle transit, a collaborative optimization model was established for flexible shuttle transit routing. In accordance with the given demands and fleet size, this model aims at minimizing the business operating cost and maximizing the average passenger satisfaction using the genetic algorithm. The results denote that the optimal fitness value in case of multi-vehicle scheduling is better when compared with that observed in case of a single vehicle type, indicating the feasibility of the model in routing optimization.
