摘　　要：目的:探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)在淋巴瘤、肾癌、子宫内膜癌、胰腺癌、贲门癌、胆囊癌、膀胱癌及食管癌中的水平变化。方法:收集2018年1月至2018年5月期间我院新入院淋巴瘤、肾癌、子宫内膜癌、胰腺癌、贲门癌、胆囊癌、膀胱癌及食管癌224例,选取本院同期健康体检者338例。检测Hcy水平结果进行统计学比较。结果:淋巴瘤、肾癌、胆囊癌、食管癌组Hcy水平检测结果均显著升高,与对照组比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05);淋巴瘤、肾癌、胆囊癌、食管癌组Hcy水平检测结果之间比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05);子宫内膜癌、胰腺癌、贲门癌、膀胱癌组Hcy水平与对照组比较不存在统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:各类肿瘤患者Hcy水平与同龄健康组比较可能还需要更多的数据探讨,Hcy水平受影响因素较多,敏感度较高但特异性不强,在临床病因分析中有一定的辅助指导意义。Objective:To investigate the level changes of homocysteine(Hcy) in lymphoma,renal carcinoma,endometrial carcinoma,pancreatic carcinoma,cardiac carcinoma,gallbladder carcinoma,bladder carcinoma and esophageal carcinoma.Methods:From January 2018 to May 2018,224 cases of lymphoma,kidney cancer,endometrial cancer,pancreatic cancer,cardiac cancer,gallbladder cancer,bladder cancer,and esophageal cancer were newly admitted to our hospital.338 cases were selected for the same period.The results of Hcy test were compared statistically.Results:The Hcy test results of lymphoma,renal carcinoma,gallbladder carcinoma and esophagus carcinoma were significantly higher,and there was significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences among Hcy test results of lymphoma,renal carcinoma,gallbladder carcinoma and esophageal carcinoma(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference for Hcy in endometrial carcinoma,pancreatic carcinoma,cardiac carcinoma,and bladder carcinoma compared with control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Hcy in patients with various types of tumors may need more data than the same age Health group.Hcy is affected by more factors,has higher sensitivity but less specificity,and has a certain auxiliary guiding significance in clinical etiology analysis.
