摘　　要：EZH2(enhancer of zeste homolog 2,EZH2)在多种血液系统疾病中存在,并且与不良预后相关。EZH2抑制剂通过单独或联合其它酶抑制剂作用于靶基因,在血液系统疾病的治疗中发挥巨大作用。EZH2 exists in a variety of hematological diseases and is associated with poor prognosis.EZH2 inhibitors play an important role in the treatment of hematological diseases by acting on target genes alone or in combination with other enzyme inhibitors.
