摘  要:针对超高强度钢30CrMnSiNi2A研究插铣加工的切削力,针对插铣加工不同切削宽度的特点,建立了三种插铣加工模型;通过平均切削力法,由实验数据求得切削力系数,建立了切削力模型。经验证,该模型对切削力预测有较高精度,为超高强度钢的插铣工艺研究提供了依据。In this paper,the cutting force of plunge milling is studied for ultra-high-strength steel 30CrMnSiNi2A.Three kinds of plunge milling models are established based on the different radial cutting width.The milling force coefficient is obtained from the milling experiment by the average milling force method,and the model of plunge milling force is established.It has been verified that the model has high precision for milling force prediction,which can be a basis for the research and plunge milling process of ultra-high-strength steel.
