摘 要:和子宫内膜癌上皮细胞相似,肿瘤微环境中主要细胞的间质细胞也表达雌激素受体(ER),同样也受到雌激素的调控。在雌激素和抑癌基因的作用下,间质细胞与肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭和转移等密切相关。间质细胞相关信号通路的研究,为探索雌、孕激素失衡的发病机制、肿瘤复发和化疗耐药等机制提供新的依据。Similar to epithelial cells of endometrial carcinoma, stromal cells, as the major cells in tumor microenvironment, also express estrogen receptor(ER) and are regulated by estrogen. In the roles of estrogen and tumor suppressor genes, stromal cells are closely related to the proliferation, invasion and metastasis of tumor cells. The study of the signal pathways in stromal cells provides new evidence to explore the pathogenesis of estrogen and progesterone imbalance, tumor recurrence, chemotherapy resistance and so on.
