摘　　要：精神分裂症患者中骨质疏松和骨折发生率增加,可能与抗精神病药导致的高催乳素血症(HPRL)有关;本文对精神分裂症患者血清催乳素(PRL)水平升高、服用的抗精神病药和骨密度(BMD)降低之间的关系作一综述。The increased incidence of osteoporosis and fractures in patients with schizophrenia may be related to high prolactinemia (HPRL) which caused by antipsychotic drugs.This article reviews the relationship between increased serum prolactin (PRL) levels,antipsychotic drugs and decreased bone density (BMD) in schizophrenic patients.
