摘  要:中国人才学在诞生40年后的今天,已成为一级学科社会学下的二级学科,并且已形成人才学学派。在人才学学术共同体内,已形成学派特征:有共同的研究主题,有共同的价值观,有共同认可的学科理论体系和共同的学科特色,有共同的群体核心,有共同的研究氛围,有共同的群体意识和心理。人才学诞生、成长和发展的历程表明,人才学正处于社会需要与科学发展内在逻辑的交叉点上,已发展成为当采学科。当前历史机遇与危机并存,应着力通过以下举措巩固和发展中国人才学学派:在完善人才学“三大体系”中发展人才学学派,吸收相关学科力量参与人才学研究,加强人才学学科建设,“多力合一”推进人才学学派发展等。In the40 years since its birth,talent studies in China has become a second-level discipline under the first-level discipline of sociology,and has formed a school of talent studies.In the academic community of talents,the characteristics of the school have been formed,namely,common research themes,common values,common recognized theoretical system of discipline and common academic characteristics,common group core,common research atmosphere,and common group consciousness and psychology.The history of the birth,growth and development of talent studies shows that talent studies is at the intersection of social needs and the inherent logic of scientific development,and has developed into a discipline.In view of the current coexistence of historical opportunities and crises,efforts should be made to consolidate and develop the Chinese school of talent studies through the following measures: developing the school of talent studies by perfecting the “three major systems” of talent studies,absorbing the researchers of related disciplines to participate in talent studies,strengthening the construction of the discipline of talent studies,and promoting the development of the school of talent studies by integrating multiple forces.
