PIM-1蛋白在前列腺癌组织中的表达及与PSA复发的相关性探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨PIM-1在前列腺癌组织中的表达及其与PSA复发之间的相关性。方法免疫组化SP法检测AIPC、ADPC及BPH各41例的PIM-1蛋白表达。结果AIPC中PIM-1阳性率为87.8%,ADPC为63.4%,BPH为36.6%,前列腺癌的表达比BPH显著增多(P<0.05),AIPC比ADPC显著增多(P<0.05);PIM-1阳性率在Gleason分级中6分占46.7%,7分占68.8%,8~10分占90.0%,临床分期Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期分别为50.0%、58.3%、72.7%、100%,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);随访PSA复发情况:PIM-1表达与有无复发分别是69.2%(18/26)和33.3%(5/15),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论PIM-1表达与雄激素依赖类型、Gleason分级、临床分期以及PSA复发密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression of PIM-1 in prostate cancer and its correlation with the recurrence of PSA. Methods The immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of PIM-1 protein in AIPC, ADPC and BPH of 41 cases of prostate cancer patients. Results the positive rate of PIM-1 in AIPC was 87.8%, ADPC was 63.4%, BPH was36.6%, the expression of prostate cancer increased significantly than that of BPH(P<0.05), AIPC was significantly increased than ADPC(P<0.05). The positive rates were 46.7%, 68.8% and 90.0% in the Gleason grading score 6 points, 7 points, 8~10 points,respectively, and the PIM-1 positive rates of clinical stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ were 50%, 58.3%, 72.7%, 100%, there were significant differences between groups(P<0.05). The recurrence of PSA: the expression of PIM-1 was 69.2%(18/26) and 33.3%(5/15), and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of PIM-1 is closely related to the types of androgen dependence, Gleason classification, clinical stage and recurrence of PSA.
