摘  要:为获得鱼雷动力系统和组件特性改变时的相互影响规律,文中建立了动力系统零维性能仿真模型、发动机缸内过程一维仿真模型和发动机三维虚拟样机模型,将传统研究相对独立的零维、一维和三维仿真模型相结合,使得数值计算更高效、准确,并对动力系统的性能和发动机的动力学特性进行了数值计算,仿真了动力系统启动、换速、变深和实航工况下发动机关键部位受力和运动情况,以及发动机进气比对动力系统性能的影响,仿真结果和试验结果基本吻合。文中研究的联合仿真技术为动力系统和发动机组件的设计提供了一种新方法,可为产品的工程设计提供参考。To obtain the mutual influence law of the torpedo power system and components with characteristics change,a zero-dimensional performance simulation model of the power system,a one-dimensional simulation model of the engine’s in-cylinder process and a three-dimensional virtual prototype model of the engine are established.These relatively independent zero-dimensional,one-dimensional and three-dimensional simulation models in traditional research are combined to make the numerical calculation more efficient and accurate.Furthermore,the performance of the power system and the dynamic characteristics of the engine are numerically calculated,and the forces and motion of the main engine parts under start-up,speed-change,depth-change and sea trial of the power system,as well as the influence of the engine intake ratio on the performance of the power system,are simulated.Simulation results are basically consistent with the test data.This co-simulation technology may become a new method for design of torpedo power system and engine components.
