摘 要:现行重力式挡土墙技术主要采用混凝土或片石混凝土现浇而成,通常墙身截面尺寸较大,墙身截面强度利用率较低,存在明显的浪费现象。同时采用现浇施工,存在施工周期长、受外部环境影响大等问题。针对上述问题,本文提出了一种新技术——重力式组合装配挡土墙方案,该新技术将现浇素混凝土挡土墙改为预制钢筋混凝土空腹薄壁结构,腹内采用弃土进行填筑,依靠填土增加墙身自重满足稳定性要求。该新技术可节省混凝土材料用量,且具有施工便捷、工期短、质量易于控制以及投资较为节省等优势,推广应用该技术可收到良好的经济效益和社会效益。The current gravity retaining wall is mainly cast in place with concrete or ruhhle concrete.Generally,the section size of the wall is large and the utilization ratio of the wall section strength is low,the waste is obvious.At the same time,cast-in-place construction is long in construction period and is greatly influenced by external environment.In order to solve the above problems,a new technology-gravity prefabricated retaining wall is put forward in the paper.The new technology is to replace cast-in-place concrete retaining wall with precast reinforced concrete hollow thin-walled structure and fill the hollow thin-walled structure with abandoned soil to increase the self-weight of the wall for satisfying the stability retirements.The new technology can save the amount of concrete materials and has the advantages of short construction period,easy quality control and less investment.The application of technology can achieve good economic and social benefits.
