摘  要:研究高校建筑用能特性进而提出有针对性的节能措施,是实现高校建筑节能降耗的关键.通过对天津地区五所高校的宿舍楼、教学楼和食堂三类建筑的实地调研,并结合现行标准规范,建立了天津地区该类建筑的标准模型.采用EnergyPlus软件对其用能特性进行模拟,得到了三类建筑冬季和夏季设计日逐时负荷以及典型气象年供热量和供冷量.结果表明:三类建筑中食堂的单位面积峰值热负荷和峰值冷负荷最大,分别为70.5 W/m2和109.3 W/m2;宿舍楼最小,分别为36.5 W/m2和52.1 W/m2;宿舍楼、教学楼和食堂设计日峰值热负荷(冷负荷)出现时间不同,利用这种特点能够降低建筑群的峰值负荷;宿舍楼、教学楼和食堂的单位面积供冷量远大于供热量,食堂尤甚,设计时应优先考虑降低夏季冷负荷和供冷量,从而能够更大程度地降低高校建筑能耗.It’ s crucial that studying the energy consumption features for gaining specific measures of saving energy to architectures on campus.Based on the field investigation of dormitory buildings,teaching buildings and canteen in five universities in Tianjin,and referring to the current standards and specifications,standard models of three types of buildings are established and simulated by EnergyPlus software.Hourly load of winter design day and summer design day and daily heating and cooling capacity of typical meteorological year for these three types of buildings are obtained.The results showed that the peak heating and cooling load per unit area of the canteen are the largest,which are 70.5 W/m 2 and 109.3 W/m 2 respectively.The peak heating and cooling load per unit area is the lowest of the dormitory are the lowest,which are 36.5 W/m 2 and 52.1 W/m 2 respectively.The peak heating (cooling) load time of winter design day (summer design day) of dormitory building,teaching building and canteen is different.The peak load of architectural complex can be reduced by using the time difference characteristics.The capacity per unit area of cooling supply of dormitory building,teaching building and canteen is much larger than that of heat supply,especially canteen.In the design,priority should be given to reducing cooling load and cooling capacity,so as to reduce the energy consumption of university buildings to a greater extent.
