新时代高校推进雷锋精神育人常态化的实践与思考

摘　　要：雷锋精神作为宝贵的精神财富,与社会主义核心价值观高度契合,需要我们弘扬和传承。高校作为社会主义精神文明建设的重要阵地,肩负着立德树人的使命,以雷锋精神涵养青年,教育青年,实现雷锋精神育人常态化,为培养中华民族伟大复兴时代新人奠定坚实的思想基础。高校应通过理论教育、文化熏陶、志愿服务、榜样引领等不断推动雷锋精神育人实效、扩大学生参与度,将弘扬雷锋精神,践行雷锋精神内化于心,外化于行,转化为大学生的自觉行动,进而实现雷锋精神育人常态化。As a valuable spiritual wealth,Lei Feng Spirit is highly compatible with the core values of socialism and requires us to continuously carry forward,practice and pass on. As an important position in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, higehr colleges shoulder the important mission of strengthening moral education and cultivating people. They adopt Lei Feng Spirit to conserve young people,educate the youth,realize the normalization of Lei Feng Spirit,and lay a solid idea for cultivating new people in the great rejuvenation era of the Chinese nation’s foundation,providing spiritual motivation. Through theoretical education,cultural edification,volunteer service,and role model leadership,higher colleges should continue to promote Lei Feng Spirit to educate people and expand students’participation. They will carry forward Lei Feng Spirit,practice it and internalize it,and transform it into college students’conscious action,in order to achieve the normalization of Lei Feng Spirit.
