摘  要:目的研究wnt通路在神经系统发育和神经系统疾病过程中的作用。方法选择该院2017年6月-2018年6月共计120例神经系统疾病患者,对其Wnt基因表达情况进行检验,同时使用Dkk-1拮抗剂给与患者疾病干预,探讨治疗效果。结果患者的Dkk1含量水平为(9.5±0.85)ug/L,显著高于正常平均数值(3.7±0.98)ug/L。差异有统计学意义(t=3.524,P<0.05)。同时观察组患者的治疗有效率为91.66%;对照组患者的治疗有效率为66.67%。观察组效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.254,P<0.05)。结论wnt通路能够抑制神经系统的发育,并对各类神经系统疾病有促进作用。临床可以开发各类药物,抑制wnt通路的产生,改善各类神经系统疾病。Objective To study the role of wnt pathway in the development of nervous system and nervous system diseases.Methods A total of 120 patients with neurological diseases from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in our hospital.The Wnt gene expression was tested and Dkk-1 antagonists were used to intervene patients to investigate the therapeutic effects.Results The Dkkl level of the patient was(9.5±0.85)ug/L,which was significantly higher than the normal average of(3.7±0.98)ug/L.The difference was statistically significant(t=3.524,P<0.05).At the same time,the therapeutic effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 91.66%;the therapeutic effective rate in the control group was 66.67%.The effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.254,P<0.05).Conclusion The wnt pathway can inhibit the development of the nervous system and promote various neurological diseases.Clinically,various drugs can be developed to inhibit the production of the wnt pathway and improve various neurological diseases.
