摘 要:创新人才培养模式是高校体育专业教育改革的必然趋势。通过借鉴美国服务学习理论,将服务学习融于课堂,创建符合我国高校体育专业特色的服务学习课程模式。主要研究结果:高校体育专业要树立服务育人的培养理念,确定服务学习目标,搭建专业交流平台,构建体育实践教育体系,设置反思程序和评价体系。建议:服务育人模式应符合中国体育特色,教改范围设置由小到大,才能持续发展;加强与社会的协同育人机制,以提高专业人才的社会适应能力。Innovating the training mode of talents is the inevitable trend of the educational reform of physical education specialty in colleges and universities. By using American service learning theory for reference, the service learning is integrated into the classroom, and a service learning curriculum model in line with the characteristics of physical education majors in colleges and universities in China is established. The main research results: the physical education major in colleges and universities should establish the training concept of serving and educating people, determine the service learning objectives, set up the professional communication platform, construct the system of physical education practice, and set up the reflection procedure and evaluation system. It is suggested that the mode of service and education should conform to the characteristics of Chinese sports, and the scope of educational reform should be set from small to large to achieve sustainable development. In order to improve the social adaptability of professionals, we should strengthen the mechanism of educating people in coordination with the society.
