医学检验行业人才需求与职业院校专业设置相关性研究——以东中西部6省市为例

摘　　要：医学检验技术人力资源配置是否科学合理,直接影响卫生服务质量以及卫生需求满足程度。以全国206家用人单位和6省市医学检验人才培养院校为研究对象,通过医学检验人才需求与培养规模、培养质量匹配分析,发现了医学检验人才培养规模、分布和规格存在的主要问题,并从构建专业设置与动态调整机制、对接机构岗位新变化、制定医学检验技术专业教学标准、推进课程体系建设与改革等方面,提出完善职业院校医学检验技术专业人才培养的具体对策。Whether the allocation of the human resources in medical laboratory technology is scientific and reasonable directly impacts on the quality of health services and the degree of satisfiction of health needs. Taking 206 employers and the colleges and universities which cultivate medical laboratory talents from 6 provinces and cities nationwide as the research object, through the matching analysis of the demand for medical laboratory talents with the scale and quality of training, this paper finds out the main problems existing in the training scale, distribution and specification of medical laboratory talents. And, from the aspects of constructing the mechanisms on the set-up of majors and dynamic adjustment, docking the new changes in institutional posts, formulating the teaching standards in the major of medical laboratory technology, and promoting the construction and reform in curriculum system and so on, this paper puts forward specific countermeasures to perfect the training of medical laboratory techinical talents in vocational colleges and universities.
