摘  要:本科教育是学生成长成才的关键阶段。"金课"建设是高校本科教育转型发展的立足点,是增加学生教育实际获得的关键招,也是实现一流本科教育目标的突破口。推进"金课"建设成为未来高校本科教育的根本选择和基本趋势。然而,在"金课"建设的过程中,面临明显的现实困境,高校开展"金课"建设理念存在分化,教师主导"金课"建设动力明显弱化,学生参与"金课"建设意识着实淡化,社会支持"金课"建设氛围有待强化。因而,从着力提升高校"金课"建设质量、扩大高校"金课"建设成效、发挥高校"金课"育人实效出发,高校要推动实现教育教学主体信念整合,强化"金课"建设主流认知;充分考虑教师主体基本发展诉求,激发"金课"建设内生动力;深度结合学生日常课程学习实际,转变"金课"参与学习思维;整合高校内外课程建设优质资源,形成"金课"发展建设合力。Undergraduate education is the key stage for students to grow up and become talented. The construction of "golden course" is the foothold of the transformation and development of undergraduate education in colleges and universities, the key way to increase students’ actual acquisition of education, and the breakthrough to achieve the goal of first-class undergraduate education. Promoting the construction of "Golden Course" has become the basic choice and trend for future undergraduate education in colleges and universities. However, in the process of "Golden Course" construction, there are obvious practical difficulties, existing differences in the four areas, that is, the concept of "Golden Course" construction in Colleges and universities, the obviously-weakened driving force of "Golden Course" construction led by teachers, students’ weakening awareness of participating in "Golden Course" construction, and the atmosphere of social support for the construction of "Golden Course" needing to be strengthened. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of "golden course" construction, expand the effectiveness of "golden course" construction and give full play to the effectiveness of "golden course" education in colleges and universities, colleges and universities should promote the integration of beliefs of the main body of education and teaching, strengthen the mainstream cognition of "golden course" construction;fully consider the basic development demands of teachers, and stimulate the endogenous motive force of "golden course" construction;connect deeply with students’ daily learning reality, changing the "golden course" to participate in learning thinking;and integrate high-quality resources of curriculum construction inside and outside universities, forming the "golden course" development and construction joint force.
