老年精神病人跌倒防范措施的应用及效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨精神科老年康复护理中跌倒防范措施的应用效果.方法:随机抽取我院2018年4月-2019年2月收治的精神科老年患者120例作为对象,其中采用常规护理方法的60例精神科老年患者作为对照组,给予防跌倒护理的60例老年患者作为观察组,对两组护理效果进行比较.结果:观察组护理后BPRS评分显著高于对照组,且观察组意外跌倒率也低于对照组,两组比校差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对精神科老年患者采用防跌倒护理,可有效避免跌倒事件的发生以确保患者的安全,值得临床应用.Objective To explore the application and effect of the fall prevention measures in the rehabilitation of psychiatric elderly:Methods 120 cases of psychiatric elderly patients admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to Feb.2019 were randomly selected as the subjects.60 cases of psychiatric elderly patients who were treated by routine nursing method were selected as the control group.60 cases of elderly patients as the observation group,the two groups were compared.Results For the elderly patients with mental illness,the BPRS score of the elderly patients was significantly higher than that of the elderly patients in the control group.The accidental fall rate of the elderly patients in the observation group was also lower than that in the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of anti-fall care in elderly patients with psychiatry can effectively avoid the occurrence of falls in the elderly patients with mental illness to ensure the safety of patients and deserve clinical promotion.
