摘  要:新型SPOC混合式互动教学模式采用线上的SPOC课程及网络互评学习结合线下的仿真头模实验室口腔临床技能训练及实时评估系统练习,即基于SPOC平台的"翻转课堂"模式,使得线上线下混合式互动教学模式易于实施,实现更有效可控的自主式学习。在口腔临床医学实验课教学改革中构建线上观看SPOC在线课程,线下仿真头模实验室口腔临床技能训练实时评估操作练习和课后学生之间互动评价、教师评价的教学模式,能够强化教师的作用,有助于提高学生学习积极性和思考、解决问题的能力。该教学模式不仅能够对口腔临床医学生培养过程中不可或缺的仿真头模实验室操作和临床实习构成有益的补充,而且能更有效地弥补单一的网络教学缺陷和传统教学授课的时空限制。The new SPOC hybrid interactive teaching mode adopts online SPOC courses and online mutual assessment learning combined with offline oral clinical skills training and real-time assessment system exercises of oral model laboratory,which is SPOC-based "flipped classroom" mode. The mode makes online and offline hybrid interactive teaching mode suitable for implementation to achieve more effective and controllable autonomous learning. Therefore,in the teaching reform of oral clinical medical experiment course,SPOC online courses,oral clinical skills training practice of real-time evaluation in offline oral model laboratory,the post-class interaction evaluation and teacher evaluation,all of these can strengthen teachers’ role in class,help to improve students’ learning enthusiasm and ability to think and solve problems. It can not only make a useful supplement to the operation in emulational oral model laboratory and the clinical practice in the cultivation of oral clinical medical students,but also compensate more effectively for the defects of single network teaching and the limits of time and space in traditional teaching.
