摘 要:在高等教育生物技术专业中,实验教学是培养计划的重要组成部分。它能够实现知识从书本到实践的转移,让学生真正做到“学以致用”。根据现代教育理念和生物技术专业的特点,为实现专业培养目标,培养高素质、高技能人才,本文探讨了动物生物技术专业实验教学急需改革的3个方面,一是对实验教学内容进行合理整合,同时增设一些基础性实验、综合性实验和设计性实验;二是探索新型教学模式,提高学生在实践课中的兴趣,启迪学生创新思维,培养其动手能力;三是探讨实验课程考核标准,构建合理的实验教学评价体系,综合评价学生的实验能力。In higher education of biotechnology major,experimental teaching is an important part of the training program.It accomplishes the transfer of knowledge from books to practice,and enables students to truly"apply what they have learned".According to the concepts of modern education and the characteristics of biotechnology,and in order to achieve the targets of professional training, and to get high-quality,highly skilled professionals,this paper discusses three aspects of the animal biotechnology major experimental teaching reform:one is the proper integration of experimental teaching contents,and the addition of some basic,integrated,and design-type experiments;second,the exploration of new teaching modes,which can improve the students'interests in practical courses,inspire their innovative thinking,and train their practical skills;the third is to explore the student performance assessing standard of the experimental course,construct a new evaluation system,and properly evaluate the student overall capabilities in practical courses.
