玻璃离子复合树脂充填低龄儿童乳磨牙[牙合]面中龋的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的比较玻璃离子充填与复合树脂充填低龄儿童乳磨牙[牙合]面中龋的临床效果。方法采用自身对照法每组各纳入50颗牙齿,分别在修复后3、6、9、12、15、18个月观察充填物保存情况。结果玻璃离子组在低龄儿童乳磨牙[牙合]面中龋充填上的充填失败率显著低于复合树脂组(P<0.05).结论低龄儿童乳磨牙[牙合]面中龋的治疗中,玻璃离子充填乳磨牙[牙合]面中龋的失败率低于光固化复合树脂。临床上值得推荐。Objective To compare the clinical effects of glass ionomer filling and composite resin filling in deciduous molar occlusal caries of young children. Methods 50 teeth were included in each group by self-control method. The preservation of fillings was observed at 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18 months after restoration. Results The failure rate of caries filling in the glass ionomer group was significantly lower than that in the composite resin group ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion In the treatment of dental caries in deciduous molars of young children, the failure rate of glass ionomer filling in deciduous molars is lower than that of light-cured composite resin. It is worth recommending clinicaDy.
