肾上腺血管瘤CT影像特征分析

摘　　要：目的总结肾上腺血管瘤的CT表现,提高对该病的认识及术前诊断准确率。方法回顾性分析8例经手术病理证实的肾上腺血管瘤的CT彩像,并结合文献复习总结其影像表现特点。结果8例肾上腺血管瘤,位于左侧肾上腺4例,右侧肾上腺4例,所有病例均为单发,圆形/椭圆形5例,形状不规则3例,边界清楚5例,形态分叶状或与肾上腺及周围组织分界不清3例,肿瘤最大者约8.6×7cm,最小者2×1.2cm;肿瘤内伴钙化的6例,含脂肪密度的1例,完全呈囊性的1例。表现为动脉期边缘结节状强化4例,并随时间推移见对比剂向肿瘤内填充;增强后表现轻度强化2例;无强化2例。结论肾上腺血管瘤CT表现具有一定特征性,肿瘤内常伴钙化,大多数病例可在术前做出定性诊断.Objective To summarize the CT findings of adrenal hemangioma and to improve the recognition of the disease and the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis. Methods 8 cases of adrenal hemangioma were retrospectively analyzed, who were confirmed by surgery and pathology, combined with literature review to summarize its imaging features. Results In all cases, there were 4 cases on the left side and others were on the right side. All cases were single tumors. 5 cases were round/oval, while others were irregular boundary. The maximum diameter was 8.6 × 7cm, minimum diameter was 2 × 1.2cm. 6 cases contained calcification, and 1 case contained fat, 1 case completely performance as cystic. Conclusion CT may provide valuable of adrenal hemangioma and calcification is usually associated with tumors. In most cases, a qualitative diagnosis can be performed before surgery.
