摘 要:血根碱对多种类型的肿瘤具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗增殖及促凋亡作用。目前血根碱抗肿瘤的分子机制尚未完全阐明,但其已显示出多种分子病理学机理,包括抑制异常激活的信号转导通路,诱导细胞死亡,抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、血管生成及浸润转移。这表明它可用于植物源性的抗肿瘤治疗。本文对血根碱抗肿瘤的机制研究作一综述。Sanguinarine exhibits antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-proliferation and pro-apoptotic activities in a variety of cancer types.Although the underlying mechanism by which sanguinarine exerts the antitumor activity is not elucidated,it has displayed multiple biological effects,including inhibition of aberrantly activated signal transduction pathways,induction of cell death,inhibition of cancer cell proliferation,angiogenesis and cell invasion and metastasis.These studies suggest plant-derived sanguinarine has the potential to exhibit the antitumor effects.This review covers the advances in the research of antitumor mechanism of sanguinarine in cancers.
