摘　　要：针对蜡油加氢设备的主要特点,结合公司实际情况,通过优化采购方案、创新商务过程、细化成本分析、科学理性定价,降低了采购成本,提高了工作效率,取得了明显的降本效果。According to the main characteristics of wax oil hydrogenation equipment,combined with the actual situation of the company,through optimizing the Purchasing plan,innovating the business process,refining cost analysis,scientific and rational pricing,the cost of Purchasing has been reduced,the work efficiency has been improved,and obvious cost reduction effect has been achieved.
