肝癌介入治疗患者经不同护理干预的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对肝癌介入治疗患者经不同模式的护理干预以观察疗效。方法:将2017年1月至2018年5月在本科室住院治疗的肝癌介入患者纳入研究对象,并按照随机数字表法划分为对照组、观察组,每组各40名,对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行精治多维度多途径护理干预,并研究比较两组患者在日常情绪及生存质量方面的反应。结果:经不同护理干预后,观察组在日常焦虑、抑郁评分上均低于对照组(P <0.05);且观察组的躯体功能、社会功能、症状/不良反应、心理功能及生存质量总分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:在肝癌介入患者护理工作中应用精治多维度多途径护理干预措施,有利于减轻或消除患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提升患者的生存质量。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of different nursing interventions on the patients with liver cancer receiving interventional therapy. Methods: Patients with liver cancer who were hospitalized in our department and underwent interventional therapy from January 2017 to May 2018 were included in the study. They were divided into control group and observation group using a random number table, and each group consisted of 40 patients. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received precise, multi-dimensional, and multi-way nursing intervention. The responses of daily mood and quality of life were studied and compared between the two groups. Results: After different nursing interventions, the scores of daily anxiety and depression were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P < 0.05). The total scores of physical function, social function, symptoms/adverse reactions, psychological function, and quality of life were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Precise, multi-dimensional, and multi-way nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with liver cancer receiving interventional therapy can help to alleviate or eliminate the anxiety and depression of patients and improve their quality of life.
