摘　　要：目的探讨CD10在胆囊高级别上皮内瘤变与腺上皮轻度不典型增生中的表达与意义,为疾病的诊治提供参考。方法以2015年1月—2018年6月扬州市江都人民医院35例胆囊疾病患者,其中胆囊腺癌(14例)、胆囊腺上皮高级别上皮内瘤变(4例)、胆囊粘膜腺上皮轻度及轻-中度不典型增生(7例)及慢性胆囊炎(10例)为研究对象,回顾性分析患者临床资料,观察CD10在这几种类型胆囊病变中腺上皮的表达情况。结果 CD10在胆囊腺癌中阴性11例,弱阳性3例,呈阴性表达;胆囊高级别上皮内瘤变中阴性2例,弱阳性2例,呈阴性表达;CD10在正常胆囊腺上皮中弱阳性3例,中度阳性4例,呈阳性表达,CD10在胆囊腺上皮轻度/轻-中度不典型增生中中度阳性9例,强阳性1例,呈阳性表达。结论 CD10的检测对胆囊腺上皮高级别上皮内瘤变与轻度/轻-中度不典型增生的诊断、鉴别诊断具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of CD10 in high grade intraepithelial neoplasia and mild atypical hyperplasia of glandular epithelium of gallbladder. Methods From January 2015 to June 2018, 35 patients with gallbladder diseases, including gallbladder adenocarcinoma (14 cases), high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia of gallbladder gland epithelium (4 cases), mild to moderate hyperplasia of gallbladder mucosa gland epithelium (7 cases) and chronic cholecystitis (10 cases), were studied retrospectively. The clinical data were analyzed to observe the expression of CD10 in the glandular epithelium of these types of gallbladder lesions. Results CD10 was negative in 11 cases of gallbladder adenocarcinoma and gallbladder high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, 3 cases were weakly positive, 2 cases were negative, 2 cases were weakly positive, and negative expression was observed. CD10 was weakly positive in normal gallbladder gland epithelium. For example, 4 cases were moderately positive and positively expressed. CD10 was moderately positive in 9 cases of mild/mild-moderate dysplasia in gallbladder gland, and 1 case was strongly positive. Conclusion The detection of CD10 is of great significance in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of gallbladder gland epithelial intraepithelial neoplasia and mild/mild-moderate atypical hyperplasia.
