微信平台在妇产科临床护理实习带教中的应用

摘　　要：目的在妇产科护理带教工作中应用微信平台,并分析其应用效果。方法选取2017年1月-2018年12月,到本院妇产科进行实习的70名护生,将护生分为观察组(n=35)及对照组(n=35),对照组护生采取常规一对一带教,观察组护生在常规带教基础上,利用微信平台进行教学。结果观察组护生的理论考核、实操考核以及综合考核成绩均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组护生教学效果总满意率为94.29%,对照组为71.43%,两组的教学效果总满意率差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科护理带教工作中充分利用微信平台能够提高教学效果。Objective To apply Wechat platform in gynecology and obstetrics nursing teaching and to analyze its application effect.Methods Seventy nursing students from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into observation group(n=35)and control group(n=35).The control group was given one-to-one routine teaching.The observation group was given one-to-one routine teaching on the basis of routine teaching,using Wechat platform to teach.Results The theoretical assessment,practical assessment and comprehensive assessment of nursing students in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing students in the observation group was94.29% and that in the control group was 71.43%.There was a significant difference in the total satisfaction rate of teaching effect between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Making full use of Wechat platform in gynecology and obstetrics nursing teaching can improve teaching effect.
