摘　　要：鳄鱼血具有抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗病毒和抗氧化的作用,可用于食品与药品中,具有较高的药用价值。该文对鳄鱼血的抗癌、抗菌、抗病毒、抗氧化等方面的生理活性进行了综述,并对其发展前景进行了展望。Crocodile blood has strong anti-tumor,anti-bacterial,anti-viral and anti-oxidation effects,can be applied to foods and medicines,has a high medicinal value. This article summarizes the physiological activities of anticancer, anti-bacterial,anti-viral and anti-oxidation of crocodile blood,and summarizes its prospects.
