精神分裂症患者及一级亲属言语流畅性功能与近红外光谱成像的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症患者、未患病一级亲属的言语流畅性损害与近红外光谱成像(near infrared spectroscopy,NIRS)脑血流特征的相关性。方法选取精神分裂症患者(精分组)、健康的一级亲属(亲属组)、健康对照(对照组)各19例,采用言语流畅性测试(verbal fluency task,VFT)为范式,行NIRS检查,并分析言语流畅性功能、NIRS的相关性。结果氧合血红蛋白(oxyhemoglobin,OxyHb)的通道14、15与词语总数、正确数存在弱负相关,通道6与正确数存在弱负相关。脱氧血红蛋白(deoxyhemoglobin,DeoxyHb)的通道18与词语总数、正确数存在弱的正相关。结论左侧额极的负荷性激活可为候选的内表型,并与言语流畅性呈负相关;前额叶右中间背侧区负荷性激活,可为候选的状态学标记,并与言语流畅性呈负相关;右外侧背区的血流减慢,可为候选的内表型,并与言语流畅性呈正相关。Objective To investigate the correlation between schizophrenia patients,first-degree relatives verbal fluency function and near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) imaging.Methods 19 patients with schizophrenia(schizophrenia group),healthy first-degree relatives(relative group) and healthy controls(control group)were selected.The speech fluency test(VFT)was used as a paradigm for NIRS.The relevance of the verbal fluency and NIRS was checked and analyzed.Results Channels 14,15 of oxyhemoglobin(OxyHb) were weakly negatively correlated with the total number of words and the correct number,while channel 6 was weakly correlated with the correct number.There was a weak positive correlation between channel 18 of deoxyhemoglobin(DeoxyHb) and the total number of words and the correct number.Conclusion The load-induced activation of the left frontal pole is negatively correlated with verbal fluency.It can be a candidate phenotypicmarker.The right medial dorsum of the prefrontal cortex is activated and negatively correlated with verbal fluency.It can be a candidate status marker.Blood flow in the right lateral dorsal region slows,and positively correlated with verbal fluency,and may be candidate biomarkers.
