摘　　要：目的调查宫颈癌放疗患者性生活质量情况及影响因素。方法以2013年12月至2018年12月诊治的205例宫颈癌患者为研究对象,采用女性性功能指标量表对患者性生活质量进行评估,收集患者人口学资料(年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、家庭状况、职业等)和治疗资料(临床分期、治疗方式等)。采用Mann-Whitney U检验及Kruskal-Wallis检验等统计学方法,分析各因素对宫颈癌患者性生活质量的影响。结果宫颈癌放疗患者普遍存在性生活障碍,总分5.5(3.6,16.3)分,各子量表得分分别为性欲望1.20(0,1.80)分、性唤醒0.90(0,1.80)分、阴道润滑0.30(0,3.30)分、性高潮0(0,2.80)分、满意度2.40(1.60,3.60)分、性交痛0(0,2.80)分。年龄(P=0.010)、放疗结束时间(P=0.008)、婚姻状况(P=0.020)、家庭状况(P=0.010)及职业(P=0.024)是影响宫颈癌放疗患者性生活质量的因素。结论宫颈癌放疗患者性生活质量受多重因素影响,应选择性地对患者进行治疗、心理、放疗后性生活等方面的指导,改善宫颈癌放疗患者的性生活质量。Objective To investigate the sexual quality of life and its influencing factors in patients with cervical cancer undergoing radiotherapy.Methods Totally 205 patients with cervical cancer who received radiotherapy in Peking Union Medical College Hospital from December 2013 to December 2018 were enrolled in this study.The Female Sexual Function Index(FSFI)scale was used to assess the sexual quality of life of these patients.The demographic data(including age,education level,marital status,family status,and occupation)and clinical data(including tumor stage and treatment method)were collected.Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal-Wallis test were used to analyze the influence of various factors on the sexual quality of life.Results Female sexual dysfunction was common among patients with cervical cancer undergoing radiotherapy.The total FSFI score was 5.5(3.6,16.3),and the scores of subscales were as follows:desire,1.20(0,1.80);sexual arousal,0.90(0,1.80);vaginal lubrication,0.30(0,3.30);orgasm,0(0,2.80);satisfaction,2.40(1.60,3.60);and sexual pain,0(0,2.80).Age(P=0.010),duration of radiotherapy(P=0.008),marital status(P=0.020),family status(P=0.010),and occupation(P=0.024)were influential factors of sexual quality of life in cervical cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy.Conclusions The sexual quality of life of patients with cervical cancer undergoing radiotherapy is affected by multiple factors.Instructions on treatment,mental status,and post-treatment sexual life should be offered in an individualized way to improve the sexual quality of life of these patients.
