摘 要:为了解非法跨境携带猪肉肠传播动物疫病的风险,对北京口岸截获的猪肉肠进行8种猪病病原核酸的检测分析。结果显示:282份样品中,猪圆环病毒2型(PCV-2)、猪细小病毒(PPV)、猪伪狂犬病毒(PRV)以及猪细环病毒1型(TTSuV1)均有检出;除PRV阳性率较低外(3.9%),其余3种阳性率较高,均大于35%。这表明口岸非法携带猪肉肠存在传播多种动物疫病的风险,提示相关执法部门应强化口岸动物检疫,降低疫病传入风险。In order to recognize the risk of spreading any animal disease through illegal carrying of pork sausages across borders,some pork sausages intercepted at Beijing Port were detected for pathogen nucleic acids of 8 kinds of swine diseases. The results showed that among 282 samples detected,and nucleic acids of porcine circovirus type 2(PCV-2), porcine parvovirus(PPV),porcine pseudorabies virus(PRV)and torque teno sus virus type 1(TTSuV1)could be detected out. Except the lower positive rate of PRV(3.9%),the detection rates of other viruses were all higher than 35%,which indicated that the risk of spreading various animal diseases by illegal carrying of pork sausages indeed existed,therefore,it was suggested that animal quarantine at ports should be strengthened by relevant law enforcement departments so as to reduce any risk of introducing any animal disease.
