摘 要:研究信息通信产业员工英语能力的工资溢价效应,基于明瑟收入方程构建回归模型,采用概率抽样方法和最小二乘法回归分析,处理效应模型检验回归结果的稳健性,得出信息通信产业员工英语能力对工资的影响程度。选取2016年中国劳动力动态调研数据库中的数据进行回归分析,结果表明,信息通信产业员工存在英语能力工资溢价,且高收入地区更明显。英语能力也会显著提升本科学历及以上国有企业和民营企业的一般员工工资,对中层及以上管理人员和外企员工的影响不显著。建议信息通信企业提高低收入地区员工、中层及以上管理员工英语能力的工资溢价。A regression model is established based on Mincer s income equation to analyze the wage premium of English proficiency in Chinese information and telecommunication industry.Through Probability Sampling,data from 2016 China s labor force dynamic survey are selected for two stage least square analysis and the robustness is tested with treatment effects model.It is found that there is a wage premium in the industry,especially in high-income areas.English proficiency can significantly improve the wages of employees in state-owned enterprises and private enterprises,but no significant impact is found among employees in foreign enterprises.Countermeasures are proposed that information and telecommunication enterprises should increase the wage premium of employees working in low-income area,as well as that of middle-management employees or above.
