高校普通本科生毕业率影响因素简析——基于江苏某理工科高校本科生学业数据

摘　　要：高校毕业率是衡量高等学校教学质量与教学成果的重要指标之一,是高等教育在实际教学与管理过程中深刻反映人才培养各环节影响因素的重要体现。本文通过对江苏某理工科高校2014届至2018届普通本科毕业生学业数据进行多角度的剖析与研究,旨在通过分析影响高校普通本科生毕业率的各因素,力求寻找合理提高高校毕业率的解决办法,从而加强高校教育教学质量建设,以期探索出一种适合国家与高校可持续发展的普通高等教育人才培养模式。University graduation rate is one of the important indicators to measure the teaching quality and teaching achievements of universities.It is an important manifestation of the influencing factors of higher education in the process of actual teaching and management.This paper analyzed the academic data of the undergraduate students from 2014 to 2018 in a science and engineering university in Jiangsu.It aimed to find out the factors that affect the graduation rate of undergraduates in universities,and strove to find a reasonable solution to improve graduation rate.Then this paper explored a higher education talent training model which is suitable for sustainable development of the country and universities.
