摘 要:基于可编程序控制器、台达HMI(人机界面)、电控系统、高压电动泵及压接系统、温控系统、火焰加热器自动摆火系统、焊后热处理控制系统,开启设定的工艺参数可实现铁路钢轨气压焊接及后处理全智能化。介绍了工作系统组成、焊接参数设置与编程、系统工艺设计、焊接及焊后热处理自控技术、焊缝宏观与微观组织特征分析、焊缝硬度及淬火温度临界点测定、焊接数据记录以及历史趋势曲线绘制方法。试验表明,U75V和U71Mn热轧钢轨焊缝区冷至500℃时重新进行正火加热,正火加热至800℃之后熄灭立即进行淬火热处理,淬火温度至580℃以下为最优,淬火时间均应大于180s,这样可以完成组织转变,确保轨头轨面硬度与母材匹配,为焊后热处理加热温度和时间的合理选择提供理论依据,确保了钢轨接头质量与热处理效果的稳定性。Based on the programmable logic controller of Delta’s human machine interface (HMI),electronic control systems,a high-pressured power pump and crimp system,temperature control systems,automatic swing fire systems,and a control system for post-processing heat welding was developed to manage a set of process parameters intelligently for railway gas pressure welding and post-processing.A description of the system composition,the setting of welding parameters,programming of the system design for automatic control of the post-processing welding heat technology (including a macro and microstructure organization characteristic analysis of welded seam),the welded joint degree of hardness,and the quenching temperature critical point determination,are included in this study.The welding data record and a historical trend curve drawing method are utilized.Test results indicated that the U75V and U71Mn hot rolling rail welded joint areas cooled to 500℃,and when normalizing heating was restarted it reached up to 800℃.It was determined that to achieve optimal heat quenching processing,the quenching temperature should be below 580℃.Quenching time should be greater than 180 s to complete the organization transformation and ensure railhead surface hardness and the matching of parent material.Both heating temperature and the time of post-processing heat welding provide the theoretical basis to ensure the rail joint welding quality and post-processing heat stability effect.
