摘　　要：受访者首先谈到科学仪器的重要作用,指出科学仪器是原始性科研创新的利器。提出我国发展原创性科学仪器研究的迫切性和建议。接着结合仪器研究论述了创新的内涵及途径。最后介绍了陈院士承担的重大科学仪器研制专项“单细胞时空分辨分子动态分析系统”的科学意义及创造性的成果。Interviewee first talked about the important role of scientific instruments, pointing out that the scientific instruments is a powerful tool for original scientific research and innovation. The urgency and suggestions for the development of original scientific instrument research in China are put forward. Then, the connotation and ways of innovation are discussed in combination with instrument research. Finally, the scientific significance and creative achievements of the major scientific instrument development project " Single Cell Spatio-temporal Resolution Molecular Dynamic Analysis System" undertaken by Academician Chen are introduced.
