摘　　要：为了提升山西省夏秋蔬菜保鲜物流技术水平,本项目在对山西省主产区夏秋蔬菜从采后处理、预冷、包装、贮运到销售的一系列环节跟踪调研基础上,分析了夏秋蔬菜保鲜物流存在的具体问题,并总结了夏秋蔬菜保鲜物流的技术需求,就完善冷链物流衔接、产业标准化建设及流通信息网络建设等方面提出了发展对策。In order to improve the fresh-keeping logistics technology of summer and autumn vegetables in Shanxi province,this project tracked and investigated a series of links of summer and autumn vegetables from post-harvest,pre-cooling,packaging,storage and transportation to sales in the main producing areas of Shanxi province.This paper analyzed the specific problems on fresh-keeping logistics of summer and autumn vegetables,summarized the technical requirements,and put forward the development countermeasures on perfecting cold chain logistics connection,industrial standardization construction and circulation information network construction.
