海洋特色国防教育体系创新模式构建研究——以浙江海洋大学为例

摘　　要：高校军事军训教育是加强当代大学生国防意识和军事素养的主要途径,也是培养高素质后备兵员和高素质人才的有力举措,对加快国防现代化建设和实现中华民族的伟大复兴具有重要的意义。本文在调研的基础上阐述和分析了当前军事军训教育中存在的问题,总结多年来学校实施军事教学和军训模式改革的实践研究,提出高校学生军事军训教育的新模式新思路,着力构建具有海洋特色的国防教育体系,推进高校军事军训教育改革新发展。Military training education in colleges and universities is not merely the major way to strengthen the national defense awareness and military prowess of contemporary college students, but also an effective measure to cultivate high-quality reserve troops and high-quality talents, which is of great significance to accelerate the modernization of national defense and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. On the basis of investigation, this paper makes an analysis of the problems existing in the current military training education. Meanwhile, it summarizes the practical research into the reform of military teaching and training mode in schools over the years. Some new modes and ideas of military training education for college students are suggested in this paper to focus on building a national defense education system with marine characteristics, thus promoting the new development of the reform of military training education in colleges and universities.
