摘　　要：目的探讨调亡抑制基因Survivin和乙酰基转移酶p300在食管癌(EC)组织中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系。方法用免疫组化法检测2016年2月~2018年2月我院胸外科90例EC组织和40例癌旁组织Survivin和p300的蛋白表达水平;分析Survivin和p300蛋白与临床病例特征的关系及两者的相关性。结果①癌组织中Survivin蛋白的阳性表达率高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②癌组织中p300的阳性表达率高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③Survivin的表达与ECTNM分期、肿瘤分化程度和淋巴转移有相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。p300的阳性表达率与肿瘤分化程度和淋巴结转移有相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④Survivin和p300在EC中的表达成正相关(r=0.657,P<0.05)。结论Survivin和p300的表达水平与EC的分化程度及转移有相关性,且两者可能在EC的发生、发展和转移等方面发挥协同作用。Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin and acetyltransferase p300 in esophageal cancer(EC)and its relationship with clinical characteristics.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Survivin and p300 proteins in 90 EC tissue and 40 para-carcinoma tissue in our Department of Thoracic Surgery,Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College from February 2016 to February 2018.The relationship between Survivin and p300 protein,and clinical characteristics and the correlation were analyzed.Results①The positive expression rate of Survivin protein in cancer tissues was higher than that in para-carcinoma tissues(P<0.05).②The positive expression rate of p300 in cancer tissues was higher than that in para-carcinoma tissues with a statistical difference(P<0.05).③The expression of Survivin was associated with TNM stage of EC,tumor differentiation and lymphatic metastasis with statistical significance(P<0.05).The positive expression of p300 was correlated with tumor differentiation and lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05).④The expression of Survivin and p300 was positively correlated in EC and the correlation coefficient(r=0.657,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of Survivin and p300 are correlated with the degree of differentiation and metastasis of EC,and they may play a synergistic role in the occurrence,development and metastasis of EC.
