人工全髋关节置换术治疗股骨近端骨肿瘤的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究人工全髋关节置换术治疗股骨近端骨肿瘤的临床效果。方法选取2016年5月30日~2017年5月29日我院收治的100例股骨近端骨肿瘤患者作为研究对象,采用中心随机方式将患者分为对照组(50例)和实验组(50例),对照组实施常规治疗,实验组实施人工全髋关节置换术治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果以及预后情况。结果实验组患者的手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后的屈曲活动度、内外旋活动度、外展活动度分值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的不良反应总发生率为6.0%(3/50),低于对照组的14.0%(7/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工全髋关节置换术用于治疗股骨近端骨肿瘤的效果显著,可降低患者的手术时间、住院时间,减少出血量,为患者带来更加良好的治疗效果,患者治疗后屈曲活动度、内外旋活动度、外展活动度显著提升,且不良反应率低,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of proximal femoral tumors.Methods A total of 100 patients with proximal femoral tumors treated in our hospital from May 30,2016 to May 29,2017 were selected as the subjects,and divided into the control group(n=50)and the experiment group(n=50)by central random method.In the control group,routine treatment was used,while in the experimental group,total hip arthroplasty was adopted.The therapeutic effect and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and hospital stay of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of bleeding was less than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The range of buckling score,range of internal and external rotation score,and range of abduction score of the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was 6.0%(3/50),lower than that of the control group accounting for 14.0%(7/50),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Total hip arthroplasty is effective in the treatment of proximal femoral tumors,which can reduce the operation time,hospital stay and amount of bleeding,and bring better treatment effect to patients.After treatment,the range of buckling,internal and external rotation,and abduction greatly improved and the adverse reaction rate was low,which is worth promoting.
