摘　　要：胃食管反流病(GERD)为消化系统动力障碍疾病,随着人们生活方式的改变,GERD发病人数逐年升高,对人们的工作和生活产生了严重影响。在GERD临床治疗中,中医讲究由整体出发,对患者治疗效果突出,另外相关学者研究发现,此病和"气机升降失常"有一定联系。本研究溯源"升降出入"理论和这些理论在GERD内的一些应用,分析古今医家结合"升降出入"理论对GERD一些治疗经验,探究"气机升降失常"在疾病发生中的重要性,使患者气机升降正常为治疗GERD中关键步骤,为临床患者诊疗提供一些借鉴。Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is a disorder of the digestive system.With the change of people’s lifestyle,the number of GERD cases is increasing year by year,which has a serious impact on people’s work and life.In the clinical treatment of GERD,TCM emphasizes on the whole,and the treatment effect on patients is outstanding.In addition,the relevant scholars have found that the disease is related to the"abnormality of air movement".This study traces the theory of"elevation access"and some applications of these theories in GERD.It analyzes the treatment experience of GERD combining ancient and modern medical theories"lifting in and out"theory,and explores the importance of"air motor lifting disorders"in the occurrence of disease,so that patients normal movement of the escalator is a key step in the treatment of GERD and provides some references for clinical patient diagnosis and treatment.
