闽江流域鱼中8种酚类内分泌干扰物污染特征分析

摘　　要：目的研究闽江流域的鱼中8种酚类内分泌干扰物的污染特征。方法利用凝胶渗透净化-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法对闽江鱼中8种酚类内分泌干扰物进行测定,对结果进行统计分析。结果鱼肉及内脏中8种酚类内分泌干扰物检出范围为ND^820.1 ng/g。不同鱼种间,8种酚类内分泌干扰物含量差异较大,BPA与4-NP含量较高。鱼肉中BPF、BPS、BPA、4-NP、4-n-NP、4-t-OP均低于内脏,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。鱼对8种酚类内分泌干扰物组分间富集系数差异较大,平均富集倍数在123.5~7 179之间。结论闽江鱼中8种酚类内分泌干扰物均有不同程度的检出,不同鱼种间含量差异较大,鱼肉中BPF、BPS、BPA、4-NP、4-n-NP、4-t-OP均低于内脏,鱼对酚类内分泌干扰物具有一定的富集作用。Objective To study the pollution characteristics of eight phenolic endocrine disruptors in fish from Minjiang River Basin. Methods Eight phenolic endocrine disruptors in fish were determined by gel permeation purification-ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The detection range of eight phenolic endocrine disruptors in fish and viscera ranged from ND to 820.1 ng/g,and the contents of BPA and 4-NP were higher than others. BPF, BPS, BPA, 4-NP, 4-n-NP and 4-t-OP in fish tissue were lower than visceral,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was a significant difference in the enrichment factor between the eight phenolic endocrine disruptors, and the average enrichment ratio was between 123 and 7179. Conclusion Eight phenolic endocrine disruptors in fish from Minjiang River Basin were detected in different degrees, and the contents of different fish species were different. The contents of BPF, BPS, BPA, 4-NP, 4-n-NP, and 4-t-OP were lower than viscera,and the fish has a certain enrichment effect on phenolic endocrine disruptors.
