摘　　要：Case 1:Hemangioblastoma.A 51-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital with a 6-month history of headache and vision impairment.Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed a lobulated and heterogeneous intense right CPA mass [Figure 1],and the neuroradiology reading indicated a meningioma.The pathological diagnosis showed hemangioblastoma which is World Health Organization (WHO) grade Ⅰ.
