摘 要:为大粒高含油油菜的育种提供参考,本实验以12个不同千粒重油菜种子为研究对象,按千粒重大小分成小粒,常规和大粒三个组,研究千粒重、皮壳率、含油量、发芽势与发芽率和生理生化指标,并研究不同性状之间的相关性。结果发现油菜千粒重与皮壳率表现出极显著的负相关关系,与含油量和SOD活性存在正相关,关系极显著;含油量与皮壳率和MDA存在显著负相关关系,与SOD存在极显著正相关关系;MDA与SOD之间存在极显著的负相关关系。千粒重最高的是12号,其含油量和SOD活性最高,MDA和皮壳率最低。大粒黄籽油菜表现出皮壳率和MDA含量低,含油量、POD和SOD活性高。油菜千粒重越大,皮壳率越低,含油量越高;黄籽油菜种皮薄,含油量越高,可能具有较好的抗寒、抗逆性。To pro vide reference for breeding and popularization of large yellow seed rapeseed, we took 12 different 1 000-grain weight rapeseed seeds as research object, which were divided into small grain, regular and large grain according to the size of 1 000-grain weight. Their 1 000-grain weight, shell rate, oil content, germination potential and germination rate and physiological and biochemical indexes were studied, and study the correlation between different traits. The results showed that a significant negative correlation between the ratio of oily husk and 1 000-grain weight, and it was positively correlated with oil content and SOD activity. There was a significant negative correlation between oil content and hull rate and MDA, and there was a significant positive correlation with SOD. The highest 1 000-gr ain weight was No.12, which had the highest oil content and SOD activity, and the lowest MDA and hull rate. The large grain yellow seed rape showed low hull rate and MDA content, high oil content, POD and SOD activity. The greater the 1 000-grain weight of rapeseed, the lower the hull rate and the higher the oil content. The seed coat of yellow seed rape was thin, the oil content was higher, and it might have good cold resistance and adversity resistance.
