从国家发展战略到人才培养模式——当代中国高校公共艺术教育发展现状论析

摘　　要：我国新时代高等教育人才培养体系的建立,离不开高校公共艺术教育的重要支持。2019年,教育部要求各高校加快美育建设,在规定时间内拿出切实可行的实施方案。但是,起步并不晚的中国高校公共艺术教育,其发展现状并不容乐观。本文通过列举国外高校的公共艺术教育发展实例,对国外公共艺术教育体系中的不同层次做了大致梳理。同时,用实例进一步分析我国高校公共艺术教育发展过程中的重要推动力及需求保障,进而探讨高校公共艺术教育体系建设中所遇到的阻力问题,认为就其症结而言是我们对于公共艺术教育的发展缺少应有的重视,从而导致至今缺乏对其发展规律的细致研究和全面总结。当前我国高校普遍大力开展美育工作,需要从建立科学、规范的公共艺术教育体系入手,需要着眼于国家发展和培养人才的战略需求,积极探索符合新时代我国人才培养体系的高校公共艺术教育新模式。这些都是值得我们进一步探讨的话题。the establishment of higher education personnel training system in China in the new era can not be separated from the important support of public art education in colleges and universities.In 2019,the Ministry of Education asked colleges and universities to speed up the construction of aesthetic education.Come up with a feasible implementation plan within the specified time.However,the development status of public art education in Chinese colleges and universities,which started not late,is not optimistic.This paper holds that we lack of due attention to the development of public art education,which leads to the lack of detailed research and comprehensive summary of its development law.At present,colleges and universities in our country generally carry out aesthetic education vigorously.It is necessary to start with the establishment of a scientific and standardized public art education system,and to focus on the strategic needs of the national development and training of talents.Actively exploring the new mode of public art education in colleges and universities in line with the talent training system of our country in the new era is all worthy of our further discussion.
