摘 要:目的探讨学习通+PAD课堂教学模式在中职护生社区护理教学中的应用效果.方法采用方便抽样法,于2018年1—3月在南阳医学高等专科学校2016级中专护理班中选取2个班学生为研究对象.按照班级将护生分为试验组和对照组,每组各45名护生.试验组采用学习通+PAD课堂教学模式,对照组采用传统课堂教学模式.比较课程结束后两组护生考试成绩、教学评价及教学满意度.结果课程结束后试验组护生平时成绩和总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);课程结束后试验组护生满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论学习通+PAD课堂教学模式有利于课堂互动,激发学生学习兴趣,提升教学质量和课堂教学满意度.Objective To evaluate the application effect of Learning software combined with presentation assimilation discussion (PAD) class teaching model in the teaching of community nursing in secondary vocational school. Methods By convenient sampling, students from two classes in the department of vocational nursing grade 2016 in Nanyang Medical College were selected from January to March 2018 as the participants of this study. According to class, the nursing students were divided into the experimental group and control group with 45 students in each group. The experimental group received the Learning software combined with PAD class teaching model while the control group received the traditional class teaching approach. After finishing the course, the two groups were compared in terms of the examination scores, teaching evaluation and teaching satisfaction. Results Upon completion of the course, the nursing students in the experimental group had higher score in daily performance and total score than the control group with statistical differences (P<0.01);the nursing students in the experimental group had higher score in satisfaction degree than the control group with a statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusions Learning software combined with PAD classroom teaching mode is conducive to improve classroom interaction, stimulate students' learning interest, improve teaching quality and classroom teaching satisfaction.
